Yes! LegalFlare.com’s services are completely free for clients. You will pay us absolutely nothing. Not now, not later, not ever.

How does LegalFlare.com stay in business if clients are not charged for services?

When you hire a lawyer recommended by LegalFlare.com, that lawyer shares their fees with LegalFlare.com. In that way, you get two law firms for the cost of one.

Do the lawyers you recommend charge more because I used LegalFlare.com’s services?

Absolutely not. The amount our lawyers charge is the same whether we refer you to the lawyer, or you walk into their firm on your own.

How do you select the lawyers you recommend we work with?

Based on the information you provide us, we select our recommendations on a number of factors (including area of expertise, years in practice, cost, demeanor, location, etc.), as well as your own personal preferences. We also consider past experiences and our own willingness to work with them on your case.

Will you explain how you chose my personalized recommendations?

Of course! We will explain the factors that most determined your recommendations and why these attorneys will likely be the best for you.

Do you screen the lawyers in your network?

Yes. All lawyers in our network have established relationships with us and are regularly screened for any public reprimands by the governing Bar Association.

Do I have to choose one of the lawyers you recommend?

Not at all. If you don’t match with one of our lawyers, you are free to terminate your client relationship with us and hire a different lawyer. The Rules of Professional Conduct require that we permit you to terminate your relationship with us.

Do I owe LegalFlare.com anything if I don’t hire a recommended lawyer?

No. You will never owe us anything. Ever.

How do you monitor the performance of lawyers in your network?

We require monthly reports from the lawyers we work with. We also maintain contact with clients to ensure satisfaction. Lawyers that do not meet our client satisfaction and case outcome standards are unlikely to be recommended to work with us in the future.

How long does it take to receive my personalized recommendations?

Usually within 1-2 business days. Sometimes as little as an hour for urgent cases, other times as much as 5 days for complex cases. It also depends on the type of lawyer you need and want, as well as the case volume that each attorney has. Attorneys in our network are in high demand, and sometimes decline to take new cases. We check with attorneys before we make recommendations.

Do you set up the meetings with my recommended attorneys?

Yes. We arrange initial consultations with your recommended attorneys.

Do I have to pay for the initial consultation with my recommended attorneys?

It depends on the attorney. Some attorneys do charge for the initial consultation. However, we will always let you know before arranging the meeting, so that you can decide whether you want to take the meeting and incur the charge.

Can I ask about specific lawyers to see if they are recommended for me?

Absolutely. We will let you know if that specific attorney is in our network and if we would recommend them for you. If they are, we can arrange the meeting for you. If they are not, we can often provide you information to research their services on your own.

Is LegalFlare.com a referral service?

No. LegalFlare.com, PLLC is a law firm and is wholly owned by attorney Chris Rose, Esq., and regulated under the Rules of Professional Conduct and Nevada Supreme Court Rules. The lawyers we may recommend do not pay us for recommendations or priority, nor is there a membership fee. Our recommendations are based on your needs and our expert judgment to maximize the likelihood of a favorable case outcome. We also remain involved in your case as co-counsel, which includes case tracking, client communications, and malpractice liability requirements. If you prefer a lawyer referral service, please consult your local bar association.
